Processing TImes
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slighty longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail and/or other reputable couriers.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
